Using Essential Oils for Sleep
The following essential oils are fabulous to use for sleep! When using essential oils, only use the highest quality, undiluted oils.
Note: Juniper Berry is great for helping get rid of nightmare for some people. Vetiver is a powerful sedative and can sometimes create vivid dreams. It may not affect everyone, but it can happened.
